Lovely to meet you
I was born in Milan and spent half of my life there.
From a young age, I’ve always been captivated by travel, hotels, and learning about different cultures. I admired those who could speak multiple languages, which inspired me to study hotel management at IPSAR Carlo Porta in Milan. During my studies, I trained in some of Milan’s top hotels, where I learned the art of Italian service excellence.
At age 25, I moved to Paris and began working in Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Laurent on the Champs-Élysées. There, I became fluent in French and mastered the nuances of French service.
A few years later, I moved to London, where I met a talented French chef, Pascal Sanchez, while we were both working at Sketch.
We married on the beautiful island of Sardinia, Italy, then moved to Las Vegas, USA, where our first daughter, Mia, was born.
Later, we relocated to Montpellier in the South of France, where we opened our own restaurant, Mia by Pascal Sanchez, which earned recognition from the Michelin Guide.
During this time, we welcomed our second daughter, Lilou.
